Our position
Most IT firms sell bodies or boxes. We sell architecture. Every engagement produces a written design, a measurable risk reduction, and documentation that survives staff turnover.
We are vendor-neutral by design and by contract. We don't earn margin on resold hardware or software. The recommendation matches what we'd choose if it were our own balance sheet, because there's no reseller cheque hiding in it.
How we engage
Three common shapes:
- Architecture review. Short, written assessment of a stack or risk surface. 2–3 weeks.
- Build engagement. Fixed-scope project delivered jointly with your team. 4–16 weeks.
- Fractional practice. Retained CISO, CTO, or platform-engineering capacity. Ongoing.
What we don't do
- Run discovery "workshops"
- Resell infrastructure for margin
- Recommend a stack we wouldn't operate ourselves
- Hand off implementation to a partner you've never met
